At Fernlea Carehome in Manchester they were looking to build a cinema room for the residents and staff there to enjoy so when they got in touch with us here at See-AV we knew we would be able to help them create the best cinema they could.
After a few meetings we were able to recommend the best products for the best audio visual experience while staying within the budget they had set.
We installed an Optoma UHD52ALV Ultra High Definition 4K projector projecting onto a 120 inch acoustic pass-through screen. For the sound we used Monitor Audio In-wall speakers and subwoofer with surround left and right and rear left and right ceiling speakers to achieve the 7.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound.
The media sources we installed were an Apple TV 4th gen, Sony Blu-ray player and a SKY-Q digital satellite receiver running through a Sony AV Receiver and all controlled by a Control4 EA controller also allowing for the control of LED downlights and LED strip lights.

We were extremely satisfied with the final outcome of the carehome cinema as were the carehome staff. We know this cinema will be enjoyed for many years to come!
