The brief
As part of their new office fit-out, TMC required a versatile meeting space equipped with video conferencing capabilities and the flexibility to host large presentations for both staff and guests.
Additionally, they needed a dedicated video conferencing meeting room with seamless wireless presentation functionality, enabling collaboration with both local and remote attendees.
In summary
During the planning phase, we carefully designed a discreet cabling solution to seamlessly integrate the various systems required for the TMC offices.
The presentation area featured a 3.5-meter-wide motorized screen paired with a high-quality laser projector, complemented by a wireless microphone system that fed both audience speakers and presenter foldback speakers for clear and immersive audio. To enhance collaboration, we installed a Yealink video conferencing system with strategically placed cameras to capture both presenters and participants, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for remote attendees.
The entire system was controlled via a simple, intuitive key panel, allowing users to power on and manage the setup with just a single button press.
At the entrance, we installed a striking video wall composed of four 55” commercial displays, seamlessly combined using a video matrix to create a single, large-format portrait screen. Recessed into the wall, this sleek and professional display provided an impressive visual experience for visiting clients.
