We were commissioned to provide and install cutting-edge audio-visual equipment and smart home technology for a 39-story luxury apartment building in Manchester City Centre, delivering a seamless and sophisticated living experience for residents.
In summary
Our installation included a multi-room audio system, allowing residents to stream music effortlessly throughout their apartments via discreetly installed ceiling speakers. This system provides high-quality, immersive sound that can be controlled independently in each room or grouped depending on how the residents wants to listen ensuring a personalised listening experience.
In addition to premium audio, we integrated a comprehensive RTi smart home control system, enabling residents to manage their lighting, motorised blinds and underfloor heating using.
Using intuitive custom designed interface touch panels, smartphone app, or voice commands, they can create the perfect ambiance with just a tap—whether setting mood lighting, adjusting the temperature, or enjoying their favourite playlists.
This state-of-the-art installation enhances both comfort and convenience, blending technology seamlessly into the luxurious design of the apartments while offering effortless control over every aspect of the living environment.
